Due to the nature of research products, Alpha Amino maintains the following return policy.

 

Returns

Returns are generally not accepted once products have been shipped. Returns may only be authorized if: The incorrect item was shipped. The product arrived damaged. The product has a verified manufacturing defect. Authorization must be obtained before any return is sent.

 

Reporting Issues

Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include: Order number Description of the issue Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

 

Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds may be issued when: Products cannot be replaced. Orders were cancelled before shipment. An order could not be fulfilled. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for: Buyer error Improper storage or handling Products opened after delivery Orders delayed by customs Products used contrary to their intended research purpose.

 

Exchanges

Where appropriate, Alpha Amino may replace defective or incorrectly shipped products instead of issuing a refund.

 

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Alpha Amino before initiating a payment dispute so we can work toward a prompt resolution.
