Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Orders delayed, seized, or refused by customs authorities are beyond Alpha Amino’s control.

 

Lost Packages

If a shipment appears lost, please contact us promptly so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and products.
